You can't tell from the pictures, but this blouse is made of a cheap-looking, shiny, textured polyester. Moreover, because of the weird stiffness of the fabric, the collar is kind of thick and puffy. There is a shiny orange-red tie at the neck that is also made of some weird, cheap-looking material. When the tie is tied, the big puffy collar looks clownish, but when it's untied it hangs open like a man's club shirt from the 70's disco-era. I purchased this top to wear to the office, and it was absolutely inappropriate for that use, and frankly too ugly to wear at all.
